Computer Support Overview

Our technicians are able to repair all makes of Windows computers including Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Compaq, Sony as well as any custom made computer (white box). We offer our repair through many options to meet your needs. Below are many options to get you computer system back up and running.

Phone Support

To get technical assistance by phone, call (585) 739-8362. If the hardware/software in question was purchased from us within the last 30 days your support call may be free of charge! This will be determined by the technician based on the question. This service is available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Carry-In Service

Carry-In Service is available for computer repair, or upgrades during the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F. Operating System re-install service is billed at a Flat Rate and includes the loading of newest device drivers and all current Microsoft Updates and Security Patches. Same Day Service is available upon request for an additional fee.

On-Site Computer Support and Computer Repair

On-site computer repair or support on a per incident basis is available by appointment between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Appointment preferred between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Same Day and after hours appointments are available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire about the cost saving options by subscribing to our monthly maintenance plan. All on-site warranty service will be billed at our hourly rate plus travel.

The Support area of the Point-N-Click's website is the primary source for online support for Point-N-Click customers. It includes the following helpful resources:

  • Frequently Asked Questions - Read answers to some of the most frequently asked questions that Point-N-Click receives.

  • COMING SOON - Knowledge Base is Point-N-Click's new support database contains current and recent product technical information, software downloads, troubleshooting tips, and how to articles.

  • Email option is available for Point-N-Click customers with questions regarding hardware or software that was installed or configured by Point-N-Click. Please include as much detail about the problem including any error messages or current settings. A representative will answer your question as soon as possible.

  • COMING SOON - Discussions facilitates the exchange of ideas, problems, and solutions. Use product specific discussion boards to post your questions and receive answers.
