"To anyone thinking about having any work done on their computer, I would strongly suggest using Point-N-Click in East Rochester. This past month, while trying to integrate my personal laptop into my employer's network so that I could use the scanners and printers, I inadvertently reset my administrator controls and was not able to login to my computer. After a few hours of trying to correct the problem and banging my head against the wall in frustration of not having access to my computer, a co-worker suggested I call Point-N-Click.
Even though it was late in the afternoon and near closing time, after explaining my "emergency" to Scott Provvidenza at Point-N-Click, he said to come by and he would see what he could do to help me out.
I was very impressed with the friendly attitude that I received when I went over and how quick and knowledgeable he was in rectifying the situation. He also explained how he was correcting the problem and within a half hour I was out the door with a working computer. Scott was also very good at educating me on other areas of computer use and what virus protection should be used and how to use it. I would recommend Point-N-Click to anyone who values quick, friendly and efficient service."

They were both very knowledgeable and capable of all of the problems we had and made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for. "Sometimes things work out as they should. We had overwritten a datafile that is our equipment database. I could go into the whole story, but I won't. We screwed up and lost a database that to rebuild would take at least 20 hours of work, as we would have to go through all of our invoices and paper work to recompile the past 12 days events. Then we remembered that our backup from Friday would have the database. So we pulled the Acronis file from Friday and copied out the datafile we needed. Problem solved! 12 days of work shrunk to 10 minutes. This would have cost us at least $1000 in labor just to recreate what we took care of in minutes. If your customers are not protecting their data, they are nuts! "

"Today I called inquiring if my desktop pc could have a power supply quickly replaced. Karie Beluke not only assured I could have the job done same day, but actually had the tech do it while I filled out the paper work and 10 minutes later I walked out w/ a repaired PC. I am so extremely pleased with the service I received, especially because I had previously taken this simple job to a competitor who had the pc sitting in their shop for almost a week and wouldn't tell me when the repair could be done. "As you know, we have been using your company to support our systems for about five years and my capabilities have expanded dramatically. But today I ran into a critical issue that I needed to address immediately. Your technician directed me to your website and within seconds he took control of my machine, diagnose the problem, and downloaded a Microsoft patch and fixed my machine.
I have worked with many software vendors that use technology like this to diagnose and fix problems (Intuit, Paychecx, etc.).
